Thankfulness

I am thankful that my kids became such great adults.

I am thankful that I am able to visit with my family in Kentucky once or twice a year.  I've been living 2,000 miles away from them for 33 years and I miss them.

I am thankful that my grandchildren like to visit me.

I am thankful that my husband treats me like royalty but isn't a royal pain to live with.

I am thankful that I still enjoy learning and challenging myself.  I never want to grow too old to feel young inside.

I am thankful for my best friend and that she doesn't spill all my secrets.

I am thankful that my vitamins, my genes or perhaps the country air keep me fairly healthy.

I am thankful that I have loved and been loved.

I am thankful that I haven't always received everything that I've prayed for and that I have received many blessings that I didn't pray for.
